ZKAS OTC is a free listing and matching service. It is not an exchange, escrow service, custodian, broker, wallet, payment processor, or guarantee.
Required conduct
- Be at least 18 years old and use only your own signed-in account.
- Post truthful amounts, prices, roles, and contact information.
- Use one account and do not evade posting limits or moderation.
- Independently verify the other participant and every wallet address.
- Report suspected scams, impersonation, spam, harassment, or prohibited activity.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, phishing, malware, or requests for wallet secrets.
- Spam, duplicate listings, artificial activity, harassment, threats, or manipulation.
- Illegal transactions, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or trading funds you do not control.
- Claiming that a signed-in badge, listing approval, or moderator action guarantees a trader.
Enforcement
Listings may be rejected or removed and accounts may be suspended or banned. Moderation is a safety measure, not transaction insurance. Blockchain transfers remain irreversible and outside the site.
No payment protection
The platform charges no fee and does not receive, hold, forward, verify, or recover KAS or ZKAS. Do not send funds unless you independently decide the transaction is appropriate.
